East Branch Organics--a busy organic garden center/landscaping company/craft beer, wine and spirits store located in Keene, NY--is accepting applications for seasonal staff to work in our retail store and on our landscaping crew.

We Are Hiring! Full or part-time schedules are available.

  • For the store, you must be able to lift 50 lbs, be customer-service friendly, work both indoors and outdoors, and be willing learn about plants and hip beer with weekend availability required.

  • To work on the landscaping crew, a driver's license, ability to life 50 lbs. and work outdoors all day are a must.

  • Horticulture skills a plus for both areas. Be part of a fun team as we gear up the garden center for the growing season.

Position Open: Landscaper/ Gardener


We are seeking applicants for all aspects of landscaping work. Job duties include Spring and Fall cleanups, garden maintenance, new bed installation. Depending on physical ability level, certain candidates may help with stonework, fencing, and mowing lawns. Gardening knowledge and landscape experience preferred, but we are always willing to train the right people! Join our joyful crew and spend your work days immersed in the changing seasons of the beautiful Adirondack high peaks.

Positions are full-time from early Spring (April) through late Fall (Thanksgiving). Monday - Friday, 8am-roughly 4pm, depending on the job we are working on that day. Paid lunch break & employee discounts in our retail stores, including our plant nursery, craft beer and wine shops. Opportunities for health insurance, IRA and other benefits after 1 year with the company.

Pay is base on experience; starting rates between $17-20/ hour. Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from our shop in Keene. All trucks, tools, and equipment are provided by East Branch.

 

Position Open: Greenhouse/ Shop Associate

East Branch Organics is a busy and vibrant Garden Center/Landscaping Company/Craft Beer Center, and Wine & Spirits Shop located in Keene, NY in the Adirondacks High Peaks Region. The ideal candidate will feel excited about working in all aspects of our business--from watering and transplanting flowers to chatting about Craft Beer and Wine. Gardening knowledge, retail experience, and a passion about craft beer & wine is preferred, but we are always willing to train the right people.
