Gardening in the Adirondacks is both rewarding and challenging. Our long winters and late spring frosts are followed by cold, rainy springs and hot, humid summers. Abundant insects, wildlife and a plethora of rocks add to the challenges that Mother Nature hands the upstate gardener. Come join us and other Adirondackers in this free informative and interactive workshop on the unique challenges of local gardening. Let’s make the most of our ADK gardening season -- we’ll provide tips and tricks to minimize garden maintenance and extend the season into the fall. This workshop will be taught by Heather Coffin. Workshop is free, but registration is required. For a link to the Zoom meeting (which you can join in real-time, or you can watch after the event takes place), email: info@eastbranchorganics.com
